Cool Logisitics, the leading temperature controlled packaging manufacturer, has been awarded with a ‘Cross Category Excellence’ trophy for its ZeoCool product at the Alufoil Awards 2011.

Cool Logisitics, the leading temperature controlled packaging manufacturer, has been awarded with a ‘Cross Category Excellence’ trophy for its ZeoCool product at the Alufoil Awards 2011.

The Alufoil Awards, operated by The European Aluminium Foil Associated (EAFA), are held annually and recognises the pursuit of excellence and cutting edge products containing aluminium foil (alufoil).  The categories cover many markets for packaging and technical use.

ZeoCool’s patented technology is a revolutionary step in the design of temperature controlled packaging.  It controls the internal payload space by reacting to the external ambient temperature.  Zeocool maintains complete product integrity of +2ºC to +8ºC.

Head judge Alan Moffat, packaging development manager, H. J. Heinz R&D said ‘This is a wonderful product that delivers on so many fronts including delivery of sensitive drugs to remote geographical regions and disaster zones.  When tested the instructions were plain and easy to follow and the ZeoCool worked perfectly.’

Launched in 2010 ZeoCool is proving to be a fantastic addition to the Cool Logistics product range.
